By using www.loadedproductionmusic.com (the 'Website') searching and auditioning music (the 'Service') you agree in full to these Terms and Conditions of Use as detailed below, before downloading and using any works.
Loaded Production Music LTD reserve the right to amend, change, remove and add to these Terms and Conditions of Use at any point without notice, and therefore; we recommend that you check this page regularly as your continued use of the 'Website', works and 'Service' shall be treated as acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use in full, then you are not permitted to login, download, share or use the 'Website' and/or 'Service' and/or works in any way.
The Service
The 'Service' is a production music library which can be searched by using our online search facility on the 'Website'. The 'Website' hosts 000s of production music tracks for professional use only. Intended for use by programming/editorial and advertising producers in film, television, radio and new age multiplatform media. You agree that you will only use the 'Website', 'Service' and works in productions listed and after sourcing the appropriate licenses.
You are invited to download and use all works, strictly subject to securing all necessary licenses for use.
By downloading the works, you agree that you either have 'the appropriate licenses' to use our works or are 'working on behalf of a broadcaster who has the appropriate licenses for use'.
Downloading our works does not grant you any usage rights what so ever.
For more information on licensing our music, please contact PRS/MCPS in the UK or one of its appointed agencies overseas.
The 'Website' & 'Your Account'
To use the 'Website', the 'Service' and our works, you will need to be accepted for an online account.
To be considered for an online account you will need to complete a registration form and provide information about yourself, business, proposed usage and other necessary information. All field must be filled in correctly to be considered for registration.
If accepted, you will need to register an email address and create your own password.
From time to time we may ask for more information from you before a registration is accepted.
Loaded Production Music LTD reserves to right not to grant access to the 'Website' and 'Service' without reason.
If any of your details change whilst your account is active with us, you need to update your record through your online portal once you have logged in on the 'Website'. It is important that a current and active email address is used to register as important information such as 'PRS information' will be sent to you via email.
If your account is dormant (unused) for a period of 36months, we will revoke your access and purge your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and secure. You must not share your username and password with anyone else for any reason. If at any point you are aware of any unauthorised access of your account, you agree to notify us immediately by emailing studio@loadedproductionmusic.com
Loaded Production Music LTD accepts no responsibly whatsoever for any damage resulting from lost or shared passwords.

Acceptable Use

Termination
Loaded Production Music LTD has the right to immediately terminate your access to the 'Website' and 'Services' at any time, without notice and for any reason. You agree that Loaded Production Music LTD is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or for discontinuation of the 'Website' or for works being removed from the site for whatever reason.
Intellectual Property
The user acknowledges that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in Loaded Production Music LTD works 'Website' and 'Service' shall remain that of Loaded Production Music LTD.
The works which are accessible via the 'Website' are specifically produced for film, television, radio, advertising and new age multiplatform media under industry agreements.
Their use is subject at all times to obtain an appropriate licence from the copyright owner or its relevant agent before any exploitation or use of the works.
Images, album covers, text, trademarks and brands displayed on the 'Website' are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce in any way.
All uses of music downloaded from the 'Website' must be licensed through MCPS/PRS in the UK; or its appointed agent overseas.
Any unauthorised public performance, broadcast, communication to the public, copying and distribution is strictly prohibited.
Compensation/Damages
You agree to compensate Loaded Production Music LTD all costs, claims, proceedings and damages including its own reasonable legal costs which are incurred in respect of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
You also agree to compensate Loaded Production Music LTD any claim or demand brought by any third party arising out of your use of the 'Website', 'Service' and/or works.
Law
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by English law and the parties hereby irrecoverably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
